We use commercially reasonable efforts to make HDC available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Service Commitment is a monthly uptime percentage of at least 99.95%.
The monthly uptime percentage is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of continuous 5 minute periods of downtime during the month.
Downtime means more than a five percent error rate, or complete lack of external connectivity to the service.
The Service Commitment does not apply to any performance issues, unavailability, suspension or termination of HDC's services due to (a) planned downtime (of which you are given notice) or (b) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including any force majeure event, service provider failures or delays, or denial of service attacks.
