While we attempt to assign standardized room types and classes, there may still be some remaining confusion about what kinds of rooms are offered by your hotel - and how they relate to each other.

This is why we introduced a hierarchy system that works for any hotel, regardless of how many different kinds of rooms are available.

You simply assign hierarchy level 1 to your most basic room. Starting from here, each room gets assigned a hierarchy level up until your best room or suite, which should be assigned the highest number.

If you have rooms that are different, yet comparable to each other, you can assign the same hierarchy level to these rooms.
