There are typically three stages during our review process:
Prepare for submission
Waiting for review
In review

If your hotel's profile meets all our criteria, our review team will set your profile live for distribution through our data feed. The profile status will show:

If our review team has any objections, they will usually request that you update your profile. If that's the case, your profile status will show:
Pending user's actions

If there are substantial objections with your profile that have us questioning its validity/seriousness, we might deny distribution through our data feed and your profile status will show:

Please contact support if you have any questions or believe we have erroneously rejected your profile.
